Are you using any type of caching plugin for your site? If so, you will want to disable it. Caching plugins may cause this type of behavior and do not work well with Ultimate Member (and probably other membership plugins).
Im using WP Superchache (also suggested by UM developers)
I tried to deactivate it, I have temporarely decativated others plugin but nothing!!
Links in the account page refresh the same account page. I see other members came across this issue, so is there another way to open links in the account page please?

Can you please do a conflict test. This issue has been caused by a theme conflict in the past.
You do not need to pay for the plugin but we have that sticky topic in forum to allow users of UM to be made aware that we provide support to our paying customers before we can help out users who use our software for free.

And yes I have found a very attractive Theme but it gave me few troubles with other plugins too.
I changed theme and averythings is fine.
This is the final solutiona i will use…
