Account Setup – No Response From Tech Support

Hi there,
I sent this to QSM tech support and also Expresstech support team few days ago but I received no reply / acknolowdgement so far.
I bought one of your bundle packs last week and I wasn’t given my account details. Could you please email me instructions how to reset my password? I tried submitting a ‘forgot your password’ request but I received no instructions email from QSM. The email I used when buying this product is the same as the one I used for my WordPress account. Could you please get this sorted ASAP as I need to start implementing this plugin with all the ad-ons I bought? Thanks.
