Accurate post view counter?

    Does anyone have a recommendation for an accurate post view counter (or even a whole stats plugin)? I’m using Jetpack, Google Analytics, and two plugins, (BAW Post Views Count and WP-PostViews), and they are all giving me different results on site views, most especially post view counts.

    Any tips would be appreciated!

    You will never get “accuate” view counts. I’d think that Google is about the best at it, but they are still not 100% there. Still, cloe thant the others though.

    The problem is that your plugins, and possibly even Jetpack, will count a view as any time that page is loaded, and that includes any bots, automated tools, or remote server calls. Obviously you don’t want all this, but it’s all included anyway.

    I’d remove pretyt much all of th4 page view plugins that you’ve got and just look at Google Analytics. it will give you the most realistic results, and you won’t have the extra overhead of all that server processing frm the not-needed plugins that you’ll remove.
