ACF fields not displaying

    Custom field shows fine on a custom single post. However, no ACF fields are displaying on an archive page inside a posts widget. I did have Elementor Pro 3.6.3 installed and rolled it back to 3.5.2 but same results. I deactivated as many plugins as I could with same result.

    Custom field is just a text field. Other fields such as post title and terms are working fine.

    Suggestions?

    I never did find out what was wrong but after rolling back to earlier version and re-installing various plugins, all is well again.
