Goto Admin > Custom fields > Field Group > [Your Field Group] > [Feild] > Return Value.
Check this for Image Type field, this should Image ID or Image URL.

Actually it works on Taxonomy archive template, i can dimply my taxonomy image, but my problem is for the single page post
Are you want to show Post Featured Image?
Then use AE – Post Image widget.
And if you want to show image from custom field of posts then
use AE – Custom Field widget.
Actually i have 2 problems:
– In my single post page, i use AE TAXONOMY– Custom Field widget to display an the image of my taxonomy but nothing displayed
– I use AE TEMPLATE: POST TEMPLATE to override my single post page but i still have the template theme.
– I must include values from ACF repeater in this single page.Should i create a AE template repeater before ?

ok for question 3 (repeater) i saw the answer in documentation
– Its not possible to show taxonomy field to display in post template.
– please check if you have Check the check box “Auto Apply” in AE temlate setting when creating a template.
– Yes you have to create a Repeater layout for Repeater Block widget.

– no right it’s not possible to fetch ACF field from taxonomy to display on the post.
– Please check you have also checked the checkbox at AE Templates > Settings > “Enable support for your theme”.

There is some confusion, are you want to get taxonomies of post on post template?
For this, we have AE Taxonomy Widget.
My taxonomies have ACF image field.
On post template i need to get this ACF field.

Don’t you think i could make a workaround by hardcoding something ?
As i know wich taxonomy belong my post, couldn’t add something in your code ?
