ACF shortcodes not rendering after theme export or overwrite

Here’s the gist: I’m using a custom block theme, pulling in content with ACF shortcodes. It works great until I do a theme export or overwrite in Create Block Theme, after which the shortcodes stop rendering, but only in template parts where the shortcode is contained within a cover block. When I edit and save the template-part, the shortcodes render correctly again.
I’ve been searching for a solution, but no luck so far. If anyone has encountered this or has any insight, I’d be super grateful.

Hey @kingchris ! It looks like this might be related to one of these two issues
I was able to reproduce this with 2 different plugins which provide shortcodes, so the issue is not limited to ACF. I was able to work around this by putting any shortcode block into its own template part(as shown below).
