If you want to display HTML inside your form, there are some solutions:
You can use “Message” or “Dynamic Message” fields in your field groups. You can also use the “Override Form HTML” setting in the Dynamic Form, in order to include each fields manually, and add some HTML whenever you want (before, after fields, or between them).

Hello, sorry my explanation was pretty bad.
I’d like to take the Email Action and either add custom html header and footer ( that would be ideal ) to a section then add html in the middle.
Technically, I am trying to put the fields in a Table but only show the table when there is content in that table. I know I should use the wp_mail() hooks but if you have like 20 templates, management wise.. it can be a lot. Maybe i’m just lazy too lol. but i have about 20-30 fields being saved. I feel like that action could be more useful by adding a field.

Our non profit could not donate directly to this but like you believe in this plugin and all the work he does so I used that link and made a personal donation a while back. It takes you to a third party but we did get confirmation that it indeed when to him. Hope that helps. It says a “cup of java” but we felt he needed to get enough for a full carafe of it LOL.

Okay I think I understand quite better now (not still 100% sure tho). It looks like you’re looking for an “WP Email Template” plugin which let you customize your e-mails header/footer for every mail send by WordPress.

I use this plugin a lot, as it is very simple, yet very effective. Don’t mind the “last update notice”, it works very nicely. I even think about integrating a similar UI in ACF Extended in the future.
