Acknoledgement : Undelivered

Hello . I already set up the settings to receive admin notifications when the order has been placed to processing and completed but not receiving any text messages .

Upon checking the SMS Alert dashboard , I found out that under Acknopledgement the status is Undeliv .

How to fix this ?
