Action and filter hooks

Do you have plans to add any action/filter hooks for third-party customization? I can modify the plugin to accomplish what I need, but I’d rather not have it be overwritten when you release updates.

If you have the plugin available in a public repo, I’d be glad to submit some pull requests with some filters that I’d love to have available.

Yes, we do plan to add hooks and filters to our plugin.

Please let us know what customization you are looking for exactly so that we could provide you the relevant hooks and filters.

Specifically, I’d like make these changes, and I don’t see any available hooks or filters:
- On the frontend booking form, use the formatted price string including dollar sign and thousands separator as in this commit (sorry…it includes some unintentional whitespace changes): https://github.com/macbookandrew/bookings-and-appointments-for-woocommerce/commit/836940dea9d1e82e1c101d799d3889fd48482f53#diff-61f1c20799557f1561109b8ef2f515bf

As I mentioned earlier, I’d be happy to add some filters and submit the changes if you’ll incorporate them into the plugin. Do you have the code on GitHub or BitBucket where I could submit a pull request, or would you prefer patch/diff files?

Hello,

Would like to update that we have implemented your requirements 1. and 2. and these are now available in the latest version.

1.The booking price is displayed with the standard woocommerce format including the currency sign.
2. The date is now displayed with the woocommerce date format.

Also, Requirement 3. is now available as a filter for you to use : ph_booking_add_to_cart_message_html

I did notice that the date is still saved in YYYY-MM-DD format, which I understand on the technical side, but it’s also displaying in the cart in that format. Would you be able to update that as well?

It would be in function phive_disply_item_booking_infos() on line 79 of inc/class-php-bookings-appointments-woocommerce.php.
