Hello, is it possible to make the start action buttom to just scroll a little bit down on the page? Link

You can add this #site-navigation instead of # and it will scroll down to the menu. You cannot make scroll down just a bit, it needs to be pointed somewhere.

in the field under theme>customize>Welcome Area>’The link for the call to action button’.
