    Hi,
    When a user checks out in the shopping cart, after entering all their details it says:

    Action failed. Please refresh the page and retry.
    Sorry, your session has expired. Return to homepage →

    If this worked then the user would be sent to PayPal.

    How can I fix this?

    Have you made sure to allow guest purchases in your Jigoshop Settings?

    Try switching off other plugins/switching theme to standard one to see if it’s none of these things causing your issue

    I just disabled all plugins except Jigoshop. I still get action failed when I click ‘Place Order’.

    is it same with standard theme like twenty fourteen? if yes – please provide provide your jigoshop system info via [email protected]

    I just tried in Twenty Eleven theme. I get the same error message – action failed.

    Do you think I should disable and delete jigoshop then try again from scratch?
