Thanks for reaching out. I can see you installed the Action Scheduler plugin and expected it to appear under Tools, so it makes sense to check if everything is working as expected.
Action Scheduler works a bit differently compared to typical plugins. When it is installed on its own, it does not automatically add a visible menu in the WordPress admin area. The admin screen under Tools → Scheduled Actions usually appears when a plugin integrates with Action Scheduler and actively uses it, such as WooCommerce or other plugins that rely on background processing.
Because of this, if you are not using a plugin that registers scheduled actions through Action Scheduler, the interface may not appear in the admin menu even though the library is installed.

If your goal is to run background tasks or scheduled jobs, you would typically integrate Action Scheduler within your plugin or custom code so that actions are registered and managed through it.
