Activate all Visual Composer Features

Hello,

is there already a solution how to unlock all visual composer features? I don’t know exactly what is missing but something linked to the columns and rows does not work as my Layout gets displayed in a box instead of stretching to fullwidth like on my normal content pages. I read something about _wpb_shortcodes_custom_css?
