Seems you have the pro version. You should ask the pro support about this, because this forum is only for free version.

This applies to Elementor and Pro, their website was hacked and it had been down for over a day. You can see the home page now but you still can’t sign in. They are working on getting it fixed. You can get more info at the Elementor FaceBook page
The site wasn’t actually hacked, but it was attacked by a DDoS attack. Try again now, as the issue has been dealt with.
Same issue here. No access to Pro templates, so issue def has not been sorted!
@royedvard since you are using Pro, you’ll need to open a support ticket at my.elementor.com. ww.wp.xz.cn rules state that commercial products are not supported here. They will be happy to help get that sorted for you.
