Hi,
Not sure what you are trying to do. Our plugin is WP Customer Area, not Woo Commerce. We are not related to Woo Commerce in any case.
Our payment system is related to our own plugin and is not linked with Woo Commerce. The credits card fields you see on your checkout do not come from our plugin. Why should they? Woo Commerce bundle its own payment system, why would expect WP Customer Area to interfere with that?
Regards.
I decided to use the WP Customer Area to showcase my real estate design work to specific users. Before doing that, I would like to use woocommerce to sell my packages, bundles, up sell, down sell, etc.
Now if I deactive WP Customer Area, the checkout works.
While if I reactivate WP Customer Area, the checkout does not work.
There is something that interferes with Woocommerce when I reactivate the plugin and try to make the purchase while logged in.`I decided to use the WP Customer Area to showcase my real estate design work to specific users.

Help me please

Hi,
Oh ok sorry, I misunderstood your issue.
That’s strange. Nobody ever reported that kind of issue. Most of the people are successfully using Woo Commerce and WP Customer Area together.
Could you try to rename the my-account slug page from WP Customer Area to something else and try again? I guess it can maybe interfere with the one from Woo Commerce (this is actually the only issue users reported to us with Woo Commerce).
If still not working, could you please open a thread on our main support forums? You’ll be able to post credentials in a private reply so we can attempt to debug that.
Regards.
Hi,
I tried to change the slug but honestly I didn’t understand how to do it.
I opened a tread here: https://wp-customerarea.com/support/topic/interference-between-woocommerce-checkout-and-wp-customer-area/#post-3380
Let me know..`
