Activate plugin = Website down

    I tried to install the plugin automatically and all was fine until I clicked “Activate plugin”.

    After that the screen went white and so did the rest of our website. We managed to remove the plugin manually and the site came back online. I have now updated WordPress to 4.4.2 in case this caused the error, but I haven’t tried again.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    Hi,

    a blank page is the result of a PHP error, most of the time a PHP module not installed on the server.

    Do you have an error log that we can check to confirm this?
