Activating inactive sidebar twentytwelve theme

    I’m having trouble getting my twentytwelve sidebar to activate. I’ve added widgets but at the bottom of my widgets page under the heading:

    Inactive Sidebar (not used),I get the message:

    “This sidebar is no longer available and does not show anywhere on your site. Remove each of the widgets below to fully remove this inactive sidebar.”

    How do I make it available? tx
