can you try unticking the “force JS in head”-option and optionally also exclude js/jquery/jquery.js from JS optimization?

Thanks Frank, it works fine now !
And thank you for your quick response 🙂

The only thing that I see hasn’t changed is how Customizer looks,
I have all the features on the left and menus, but instead of seeing the page I see
log in page with the info “Your session has expired. Please log in to continue where you left off.” and when I log in to WP and refresh customizer I again have login page

not entirely sure this is due to AO, but you could try upgrading to the upcoming AO 2.1 which specifically excludes customizer views from optimization? you can download the release candidate here.
