Activating License doesn´t work without error message

    Hello,
    I just purchased and installed the pro bundle, it worked without problems. But the activation of the licenses does not work. After typing the correct License-Key and the correct mail-address the page with the row of licenses re-appears without changes and without an error message.

    I remember that I had the problem with the other event-plugin last year, but I thought it would be a problem within the plugin.

    – My hoster is STRATO, webhosting pro (unfortunately I cannot change this), they cannot help.
    – I deactivated all other plugins.
    – the debug.log is empty except a message of complianz
    – I use the Colibri-Theme, trying to activate them while running twenty-twenty-five-Theme did not work neither.

    Does anyone know this problem?
    Can anyone tell me, what MAYBE the problem, it seems that the servers does not communicate, but why there is no error message?

    Wholy moly!

    Can you tell me, how the hoster can unblock it? What do they have to do? Is it a special protocol or sthg like that?

    Hello,

    @tgrlssh please open a ticket from your end, we will explain in detail. However you need to contact your hosting provider to unblock it because its them blocking not from our end.
