    Hello,

Follow the below steps to check for a possible solution –
    1. Update the PHP version to PHP 7
    2. Increase the memory limit to 256M – View the documentation
    3. Disable/enable plugin one by one if the above steps doesn’t work.

    Hello,

Did you follow the steps I mentioned above? I think it’s a memory limit issue so please increase it to the 256M and see it works or not.

Yes I had followed the steps and increased the limit to 256 MB It did not solve the issue. Currently I had uninstalled it to continue my work and it is not showing the issue but installation of the same bringing back the error

    Thank you 😊

Did you try to disable/enable plugin one by one? Okay, disable all the plugin except Ocean Extra and check it works or not. If it works, then enable the plugins one by one to check which plugin is causing this issue.

Can you please recheck your memory limit? Go to Dashboard > Elementor > System Information to check the memory limit. Also, provide a screenshot of the Elementor > System information page.

@kevintheo I’m from the OceanWP support. Did you follow the steps as I mentioned above in this thread to fix the internal server error?

Please try to follow the below steps to fix it –

    1. Update the PHP version to PHP 7
    2. Increase the memory limit to 256M – (documentation link is mentioned above)

    Hello,

I think it is not a theme related issue. Deactivate the ‘Widgets For Elementor’ plugin temporarily and see it works or not. If it works, please try to contact the ‘Widgets For Elementor’ plugin support.
