Activating Plugin Causes Redirect

When the plugin is active and we try to login to the WordPress Dashboard, the WP Admin redirects to this URL:
And results in a redirection loop that does not allow us to access the Dashboard. We have to remove the plugin in order to login.
We had been using the plugin fine until recently. Not sure what resulted in this URL always displaying whenever we try to login.
