Activating plugin from a Slider Button

    Hello:

    I’m working on this website using Qode’s Bridge’s theme (From Themeforest)

    I’ve succesfully implemented a popup video using your plugin (It’s in the right column). Works great.

    But now I wanted to link the same video in one of my sliders from the homepage. It’s the Second slider ( ISYPAY)

    The theme comes with a nice slider where I can have 2 buttons. I want the second button to link to the video using color box but I can’t seem to apply it.

    The slider interface asks for two things.

    1. Text for the button: “VER VIDEO”/WATCH VIDEO

    2. An an url. I put there variations of your short code but I can’t seem to make it work.
    Your short codes need an url or an image… which I can’t apply there….
    IF i only put the youtube video url it links to it but no shadowbox….

    Can this be done…? should I need to add some extra code?

    Please advice.

    Hello :

    Actually is not resolved….

    The problem Is that I can’t activate the video since I can’t add the extra code…

    [wp_colorbox_media type=”youtube” ]

    I only have an url field in the theme editor.. If I add anything else but http://www.examplelink.com it messes up the url…

    But I see now in the page’s comments that somebody asked something similar asking to activate the plugin with a button and you mention that it can only be activated with an image or text hyperlink
