    I have been told by KNET they need to see the transaction ids via confirmation email as well, so while I sent all the other screenshots, I do not have this one available, as confirmation email is the usual woocommerce email.

    What should I do to proceed?

    The mail that will be sent to the payment Details is the email of the user who payed or the invoice email. Make sure that your site sends the mail to the inbox
