Activate the plugin how? Just install it and activate it?
Or the serial of the Pro?

Anything in the PHP Error Logs?

I can create an admin account if you want.
Il y a aussi le menu de l’application qui a disparu dans le menu à gauche dans l’administration WordPress.
There is also the app menu that disappeared from the left menu in the WordPress Administration.
