    Bought this plugin and went to activate it and it gives me an error that the code is not valid. Seriously??? You can’t make it so that when someone gives you money that the activation actually works. So now I have a plugin that is worthless until they get this sorted out…and of course an automated response from support. I am very unhappy to say the least – how do you not have something so basic not work. Ridiculous. Gives me a lot of confidence in your product.

    We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. This issue may have occurred because your server’s IP address was blocked during the activation process. Occasionally, our server mistakenly identifies certain requests as potential threats and automatically blacklists them.

    To resolve this, please share your server’s IP address via the support ticket you’ve created, so we can whitelist it on our server. This will allow you to activate the license without further issues.

    Note: You can continue using the plugin without activating the license for now.
