Activation generates error: “Failed to initialize plugin: wplink”

This is an error that occurs in admin, wherever a TinyMCE field is displayed. The link items (both add link and remove link) on the TinyMCE panel are not loaded.
Deactivating Meteomatics Weather Widget eliminates the issue.
Other than that, I like the plugin very much. But this is a pretty serious issue.
