Activation link

When I register, the moderation allows to receive the email to activate the account, however, when I press the link, it does not activate, it says ‘Please provide a valid activation key.’ The key is usually part of the link, and it works when I copy just the key into the form. Normally, it was activating automatically once the link was pressed. Any help with that?
