Activation link missing

    Hi team,
    I am using forminator with buddyboss template and buddyx theme. I have some issues,
    1. When registration is done the user reviews a mail saying account has been created and the user will receive another mail containing activation link. The second mail does come but without activation link. It contains only website name.
    2. Can i get only one mail with the activation link.
    3. The registration page showing two registration forms one of forminator which is wonderful and i want to keep it. And below it another Buddyboss registration form is showing up.can i disable this.

    Please guide.

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    I am afraid BuddyBoss is a Pro theme so I could only test using BuddyPress, but it worked fine when receiving the link.

    Can you confirm if you are using the “Activation Method” > E-mail?

    If so, could you try to disable BuddyBoss and Switch to a default theme to verify if any of those features are modifying the Forminator and Registration flow?

    2. Can i get only one mail with the activation link.

    By default, there are three emails, the “thank you” one can be removed in the Form > Email notification, the “Activation Email” and the “Login Information” can also be disabled in the Form settings.

    Since BuddyBoss is a Pro theme I suggest contacting their support to verify how you can disable the frontend form, but you can also create a custom registration page and place the Forminator form, as it uses the WordPress registration there is no direct integration to BuddyBoss so it doesn’t really require to be in the BuddyBoss registration page, you can use a custom one.
