Active Directory Integration plugin Vs Active Directory Authentication Integrat

    I would like to enable AD authentication to wordpress 3.2 but have found 2 plugins that both seem to cover the same task.

    a)Active Directory Integration (version 1.1.1)
    b)Active Directory Authentication Integration (version 0.6)

    Is there a reason for the 2 modules being separate given plugin b references the fact its based heavily on plugin a?

    Are you using WordPress Multisite, or just a normal WordPress installation?

    At the start, the ADAI plugin (the second one you mentioned) was started because the first was not extremely compatible with multisite. Since then, we’ve both added different features to our plugins, so the feature sets do differ a good bit by now; but I honestly couldn’t really go into detail about how they differ.

    Multisite/Network isn’t supportet in ADI right now, so ADAI is your choice. But I’ll add multisite compatibility this year.
