Active even when it’s inactive?

    I installed on Multisite, activated only on a child site.

    It worked nicely. I had switched a custom post type permalink structure to be ID, not slug.

    Then I disabled the plugin. This should have returned the permalinks to be the slug variant. But they were 404/reverted to index.php template. Whereas the ID-based structure I set with your plugin was still actually in effect.

    What would cause the permalinks to stick at the structure set in the plugin, even after disabling it?
