    Hi,

    Does the “Active installations” number in the page of a plugin refer to the number of actually active/in use plugins or does it also count the plugins that have been disabled/are inactive? Thanks

    Hi @ploz, that’s a good question! The “Active Installations” number is based on the number of WordPress sites that have clicked the “Activate” button on the plugin and is still activated. If the plugin is installed but not not activated, it will not be accounted for in this number. Note that the number is not accurate to the digit, since it is rounded first significant digit.
