Active item missing

    Hi,

    I have around 170 products in my store, some product have a lot of variants and in total I have had around 19,000 active items/variants submitted to Google Merchant. It has been running fine for quite some time, and since a few days ago, my google merchant centre detect that I only have around 11k items. I did a refresh/regenerate the feed, and then fetch and re-process the feed at google merchant centre, and now I have around 14k items, still missing around 5k items and I have not done any changes (remove/delete) on any products in my store.

    is there any limitation on the active items using your plugin? how do I check the missing/unprocessed items? Do you process/create the feed for all the product including the product that are not yet published (still in draft/hidden/private mode)?

    I would like to get my active items back at level around 19k active items.

    How do I check and set this?

    Hi,

    Can you try updating the plugin to version 9.6.3 and see if that solves the issue at hand for you?

    I have updated the plugin, submitted/active item increase from around 14k to 16k…but still not back to as previously have 19k items…

    We rolled back all rules and filters code to an older version so there probably is something else causing this for you.

    I have updated the plugin again… seems like now everything back to as previous state…total items processed now back to 19k… active items around 18k…

    This is weird… I have just updated stock quantity for several variants…and I recieve email notification from google merchant saying that now my active/submitted items reduced to around 13k… the total product variants that I updated its quantiy has around 60 variations, and I have updated only few variants (not all product variants)…
