autoptimize does not write an advanced-cache.php file, as it is not a page caching plugin richireo2106, so that’s probably not needed 🙂

That option is more targeting users that wish to use the minify options of W3 Total Cache, as that uses the advanced-cache.php file as well.
As Frank mentioned, autoptimize does not use that file, so you should not need to worry about that option.

The settings depend completely on what you are looking for. I suggest leaving it as is and if you feel like it needs to be updated more/less often for any reason, you can adjust the TTLs accordingly.
