Active to Sold Issue

I have a site that is using the latest version of IMPress Listings and is connected to an IDXBroker account. When a listing updates from Active to Sold, it has no problem showing the change in the IDX account. The issue is that this change does not reflect onto the Listings on the site. There are several listings that updated their status over the past month and none of them have updated their status the site. The Update Listings settings is set to Update All. Is there another step I am missing?
