Can you give us more information about your setup and domain format:

– Which format is it in?

subdomain.domain.com?
domain.com?
domain.com/blog?

– Assuming your domain name is “domain.com”, is domain.com registered to your https://www.cloudflare.com/a/ zone list?

– Are you using a provider if so;
— Which provider?
— Does your provider own the domain in example: yourdomain.ww.wp.xz.cn

Can you open a Cloudflare.com support ticket, reference this page, and provide us the values from Settings > General
