    Hi, can you please check if the active campaign shortcode does work on other parts of your website (outside of a boxzilla box).

    Can you create a page where we can test/see the issue and post the URL here for us to take a look at the problem?

    Hi Lap,

    Thanks for the fast reply.

    Like I already mentioned in the last post, the AC shortcode is working on a WP page or blog post.

    I’m sending you the URL to the email address on the contact page of the plugin website.
