ActiveX controls

    Hey guys,

    I am working with a client whose IT department has blocked all ActiveX controls. Their IT guys have suggested the Yoast is the one calling the ActiveX control and turning it off allows the users to access the pages to edit them but otherwise they just get a white screen.

    Can anyone tell me when ActiveX became part of Yoast, as until a recent update this was not an issue? Also, what is it being used for?

    Hi Thom,

    Yoast SEO does not use nor require ActiveX. I have just tested this on Internet Explorer 11.

    1)I have disabled ActiveX filtering (as seen here)
    2)I edited a post, everthing works correctly (as seen here)
