Hi, that’s because I disabled the feature. I was getting complaints from my users.
But according to the screenshot I have shared, you can see that even if the ad blocker is off, still I am getting the pop-up.
Can you please send us your exported settings file? So that we will look at that once and let you know back.

We are unable to re-create the issue from our end. Can you please let us now few things from your side?
1. Are you facing any errors or warnings on the console?
2. Have you checked on different browsers or only on one?
3.The issue might occur due to the conflict with the other plugins. Can you please check it once by deactivating the plugins on your site whether the issue is persistent? And Then let us know back.

Hi, on troubleshooting, it is w3tc that is causing the problem.
Since I am using w3tc for js and CSS minification, on disabling “minify js” in w3tc, the issue is gone.
Can you please tell me the .js URL for adblocker, I will add it in the exception box to not minify this URL.
