Ad blockers and selective loading

    Hi there,

    I’ve got two little feature requests to improve even more this plugin.

    1) I would recommend renaming the JS files, because they are being blocked by ad blockers like uBlock Origin, and therefore the counters don’t work unless the page is whitelisted.

    2) The plugin would be even lighter if it only loaded the JS/CSS on pages where it’s needed. Meaning that if a counter is not added on a page, JS/CSS shouldn’t be loaded at all.
