When I go to the plugin dashboard, there are many images missing. Can you point me in the right direction to correct this?

Hello,

you need to check for errors in the browser’s console to see the reason. Maybe something is preventing them from loading.

Try also to reload the page with Ctrl F5 or in another browser.

The graphics show on our staging site, but not on our live site.

Based on the error code 403 it seems your web server (or WP installation) is preventing access to the image files:
