Hello,
this is possible but only in the Pro version which supports block level actions when ad blocking is detected. You can enable ad blocking detection and then set the block to be hidden when ad blocking is detected:

if you can add an option to the free version of the plugin that would be nice.because if the user has enabled ad-block label shows without ads. personally, I wouldn’t say I like it showing ad label without any ad middle of the post.
