Ad Presentation

Hi – I do have couple of queries regarding the Pro Version –

1) “Ad Presentation” (Under Advertising) – I can see “In the Header” in the dropdown which is disabled. What are the other places where i can insert ads? Can you please clarify ?

2) Custom Ads (Mobile advertising script) – What is this ?

3) Does the plugin allows to insert 320px x 50px floating ads ?
