Thanks for the reply, one clarification can Google Adsense be displayed on free version or we have to get a pro version for that. When you say Ad options what kind of ads can be displayed.
Do we have any way of managing the ads I mean any plugin you can suggest ?

As you can read from above article you don’t need any plugin for adding Google Adsense to your site. You can use widget in your theme and it should work in any theme so in Kale as well.
Blog Feed Ad Options allow you to add image with URL or paste the ad code and display ads after every second post on the blog feed.
