AD Sync not working

    Hello,

    I want to use this plugin on my WordPress (version 5.0.2) but when I use Sync to WordPress, I get the following error:

    Error: username or email already exist
    The username or/and email address provided already exist, or result associated, to another existent user account on our forum database.

    It does not matter which AD user I test with, I keep getting this error while there is no user registered with the email address.

    The error you described (“The username or/and email address provided already exist, or result associated, to another existent user account on our forum database.”) seems to originate from the “WP w3all phpBB” plug-in. Please get in contact with their support team as we can’t reproduce this error.

    Thank you for your answer.
    Disabling WP w3all phpBB and running the sync works indeed, so a problem with WP w3all phpBB…
