• Hello Takis,

    Thanks for this awesome plugin this could be a gamechanger for me, however on the moment it doesn’t works for me.

    I just install the plugin and activated it, but no pictures are cached.

    The debug info is this:
    ✔ PHP GD library is installed.

    ✔ Image cache directory has been created.

    /home/parfumge/public_html/wp-content/cache/adaptive-images => drwxr-xr-x

    ✔ Installation .htaccess file is setup OK.

    /home/parfumge/public_html/.htaccess => -rw-r–r–

    Hello, Ramon,

    First of all, the plugin seems to be installed and configured properly. You can see this by visiting an image url like this https://parfumgeur.nl/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/parfumgeurnl-homepage2.png?debug=true.

    However, you seem to be using NginX and probably as a caching server. Is that right?

    If that is so, then your setup is similar to that of a CDN. And CDNs are, unfortunately, a special case for our plugin. We can only handle in an experimental way. In order to achieve this you need to enable the CDN support in the plugin settings page.

    Let’s take it from there!

    Cheers,
    Takis

    Thank you Takis it looks like its now working?

    Calculate cache size

    Total files in the adaptive images cache: 6

    Total directories in the adaptive images cache: 10

    Total size of the adaptive images cache: 4.23mb

    Can you check and confirm it?

    Hello, Ramon,

    The truth is that on the outside the plugin does not seem to be working right now. I do not even see the cookie that it sets, so I suspect that it is probably disabled. could you please enable it for me, so I can take another look?

    Cheers,
    Takis
