    Hi,
    I think a pop up blocker is active on my website, the popup doesn’t seem to open.
    How can I check that?

    Dear @markjonnies7 ,

    We can’t detect if there’s an adblocker on your website or not, actually adblockers are available as browser extensions.
    You can check your browser to see if there are adblockers on your end.
    But we can see that your popup is active and opens on your website.
    You can check the statistics, also see the popup in an incognito window if it doesn’t show in the normal mode for you.
