• Two months ago somebody asked how to add a button in an Advanced Text Widget on the front page and somebody referred on this video:

This is declared to be the free version, but somehow my optimizer version doesn’t seem to offer these opportunities that are shown in this video. Is it possible that the for-free-version has not these possibilities any longer? I can’t insert a button in this field (and the next problem I have is that it doens’t appear at all in my child-theme-version, but in the parent-theme version).
Thanks in advance for a reply,
    Pamela

@happyfor100 As you can see at the the top of the video, its only applicable for the PRO version. ww.wp.xz.cn doesnt let free theme submitted to this site to have any shortcodes, hence we were not able to include a basic button shortcode. If you want to display a Button in the free version, try installing a Button Shortcode plugin like this one: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/buttons-shortcode-and-widget/

    Thanks

Thanks for your reply. Before I decide to buy an optimizer pro theme – may I ask whether it is compatible with a move from a local installation to an online appearance? So far I work only with xampp because I need to show the website my clients before getting it online… Thanks for a replay in advance again…

@happyfor100) Yes its compatible with localhost WordPress installs as well as Live webhost. You can use the PRO license simultaneously on both localhost and a live site. To transfer the site to a live site, please follow this method: https://www.shoutmeloud.com/migrate-wordpress-server.html

    Thanks
