Add a description/note field

Hi,

Is it possible to add a description/note field/column to shortcode editor/list?
I think that will be helpful for managing lots of shortcodes.
otherwise we might need to input a long name for each shortcode to help memorizing, and we can not describe shortcodes in our native language.
Of course, if this plugin also has group/catagory/tag, that would be perfect! 🙂
