Add a Second BLOG Post

    Hello Friends,

    Although I have searched extensively I have not found any sure fire methods of creating two BLOG posts.
    If anyone has any ideas, or knows of a great tutorial, I would very much appreciate hearing from you.

    I am using Version 3.1.3 – Twenty Ten theme.
    URL: http://checkthecontractors.com/wrights/.

    Currently I am using the Testimonial page for the default Posting page. However would like to create an articles page as my second BLOG Posting page.

    Many thank in advance for any tips or tutorials you know of.

    Given that a blog = a post, am I right in assuming that you want a second page listing only specific posts? And that you don’t want these posts appearing on your current Blog page? If so, then you will need to start by creating a child theme which will (eventually) contain a custom page template that utilises a custom query. Plus the new child theme will also need contain a new loop-index.php template file – again with a custom query.

    Try having a look at the links I gave above. You’re unlikely to find a tutorial that is specific to your needs.

    Create a custom post type and call it Blog?
