Add a variabled Text

Is it possible to add a Text, which has been submitted by a link to get the the contact form?

Example:
I have a page whitch contains a textlink to my contact-form-site:

If someone clicks on the link this text will be submitted too in the mail, the webmaster will get.

Want-this-text-in-my-form

How can I solve that?
